Cheryl was really the first breakout star of the show and is the most successful pro they have. I've always considered her quite humble about it. I'm
still baffled by how ones success can turn others against you. I guess as Sheri said, it's jealousy. Go figure.

I doubt they would do a recount, but you never know. It's worth a try. I really think if everyone got a chance to vote, the results might come out differently. Then again, maybe not. I just think Cheryl and Gilles deserve a fair chance to be called winners. Even if ABC does nothing this time, they just might do something for next season. Perhaps get a better voting system, give more time for people to vote, etc. Because IMO it's not fair to make someone a champ if everyone hasn't gotten the chance to say who they want to be champ. We could have very well won the other night had it not been for the faulty voting system.

It's been almost a week, and I am still so very upset. I just do not believe the 1%, and I do not believe Shawn Johnson won DWTS without some sort of
intervention out of the viewers & fans control. The show Brothers & Sisters is on ABC, and Gilles has a new role in the show. I have never watched
it, but will this new season. When he is asked about 2nd place, he says he is not upset; he is happy for Shawn. Is it because he has a new role on an ABC
show? He also says he didn't want to destroy a young girl's dream, she is only 17. This 17 year old gymnast is a better dancer than Gilles Marini???
Three olympic gold medalists = Three DWTS champions = big corporate sponsors. McDonalds, Cover Girl, VISA, HY-VEE grocers, Secret deoderant, Crest toothpaste,
Coca-Cola, Ortega, Macys, I am sure there are many others. Shawn Johnson's endorsements are posted on Wikipedia. Same corporate sponsors as the Olympics???
I doubt if Gilles has that number of big name sponsors just yet??? Think about the number of commercials. Big business, big money, and the votes are bought.
Is the art of the heart from Gilles or the art of a deal for ABC? Gilles & Cheryl were the most graceful and exciting dancers. I will miss them on Monday
& Tuesday nights, and I can't imagine ever having another couple on DWTS to match or come close to them. I have seen the DWTS tour 2 different times,
and it was wonderful. But now, I know I will never feel the same about another couple, about DWTS or about ABC. In my opinion, the show has been
tarnished.

Not seeing them dance Mon is going to be hard to take. Was enjoing every dance and want to see more.I know that ABC wont take the title from Shawn and if they
did them peopl;e would blame Gilles and Cheryl and That would really make the haters come out and rip in to her and Gilles. Have also been noticing that people
say they arnt going to watch the show again. I may be upset with the results but Come next Aug when they announcethe new parings Who ever Cheryl gets you can
bet that on the day the new season starts I will be infront of the TV watching both Cheryl and who ever she is paired with eagerlly awaiting their first dance
and then the next ones.Seeing Cheryl Dance on Mon is the highlite of the week.

I guess if she weren't a threat, no one would be talking about her. So good for her. She must be doing something right.
