It looks like Cheryl wasn't chosen to play Roxie. Sounds like Ashley Simpson may play the part instead. It's too bad but at the same time Cheryl
doesn't look like an amature on stage which is how Roxie is supposed to be portrayed. Ashley Simpson is perfect if your looking for someone whos blah and
looks like a complete amature.

Well I don't know to much about Ashley. But I do know that Cheryl is no way near blah. She is an energetic and athletic Woman, Who can dance circles over
and around any person. Whatever she puts her mind to or dose do it will be a big success for her. If she ever gets to Broadway, it will be the right roll for
her and she will get rave reviews for it.

I think the fact that Cheryl is an insanely awesome dancer and has charisma up the yin yang is probably why she lost the part. THey could never sell her as
someone just starting out in the biz. I actually think she should join Burn the Floor one of these days. If Maks can do that show so can Cheryl.

Ashlee have done the show and portrayed the character itself for months in London and that made her an easy choice for them..She's been singing and acting
half of her life.
I'm sure the right project will come along for Cheryl in due time---when she's ready.It's just wasn't meant to be.
